Gordon, Owner and Executive Director of Stonebridge, brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA). With a strong fascination for human behavior from a young age, he pursued a degree in psychology as an undergraduate, eventually earning his Master’s and PhD in ABA from the University of Kansas after seven years of dedicated study.
His professional journey has taken him across multiple states, specializing in working with individuals with autism and Traumatic Brain Injury. It was in Massachusetts where Gordon found his true calling, recognizing the significant impact ABA can have on individuals within the autism community. In 2012, Gordon achieved his goal of establishing an in-home program for individuals with autism, later expanding to launch a center-based program in 2023. Beyond his professional endeavors, Gordon is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys working out and spending quality time with his family. In his downtime, you can find him hitting the slopes as an avid skier, adding a balance of passion and dedication to his life both inside and outside of work.
Originally from Connecticut, Jamie ended up a permanent Massachusetts resident by accident. Jamie attended Assumption University in Worcester before receiving her master’s degree in severe special education from Simmons College and a post-master’s certification through Western New England University to sit for the BCBA exam. Jamie has more than 15 years’ experience working and teaching children with special needs in schools, centers, in the community, and in their homes. Jamie grew up running and playing lacrosse and has previously enjoyed coaching youth teams as well as helping coach her former college lacrosse team. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach (especially Cape Cod) and spending time with friends and family. She lives on the South shore with her husband and two young daughters. She is currently a “dance-mom” in training for her three-year-old daughter and hopes to someday be a “lacrosse mom”.
Elizabeth is thrilled to be part of the Stonebridge team! Elizabeth is a passionate BCBA that has been working in the field for over 15 years in a variety of settings. Elizabeth is not only passionate about her clients making great progress but also about the science of behavior analysis and its varied applications. She has presented research at regional and national conferences and also mentors graduate students. She specializes in verbal behavior and has more recently become a Certified Behavioral Sleep Specialist. Elizabeth stays busy outside of Stonebridge with two children of her own. Aside from her passion for ABA she enjoys the beach with her family, making pottery, snowboarding, and traveling!
Maggie began working in the field of ABA in 2016 and became certified as a BCBA in 2019. She graduated with her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida where she pursued research and published her thesis about teaching safety skills to children with ASD. Maggie’s favorite part of her job is connecting with others and seeing the positive impact ABA has on the lives of our learners and their families. Maggie is a proud coast guard spouse and mom of one. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, listening to audiobooks, and going hiking with her family.
Morgan began her career in ABA during the pandemic of 2020. After graduating with her bachelor of arts degree in psychology and education from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, she immediately began working at the New England Center for Children. Here, Morgan dove head and heart first into the world of behavior analysis and has never looked back. Throughout her four years in the field, Morgan has gained experience working with clients between the ages of two years old and twenty-two in a variety of settings, including centers, home-based services, residential care, and in private preschools. Morgan graduated from Regis College in May of 2023 after earning her master of science degree in applied behavior analysis. Morgan is passionate about meeting clients where they are at in order to get them to where they can be, as she believes each individual’s potential is infinite. Morgan loves to travel and has been to 28 countries and counting. In her free time, you can find Morgan at the beach with her beloved chocolate lab or reading anything she can get her hands on. She adores her family, friends, and is a music enthusiast regardless of genre.
Brooke began her career working residentially at a school on Cape Cod where she learned about applied behavior analysis. Brooke then attended the University of Massachusetts at Lowell while provided in-home ABA services. Over the years, Brooke has gained experience providing in-home, residential, center and community-based services. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities, cooking, and traveling.
Chelsea’s love of the ocean runs deep, but so does her passion for working with children and young adults. She chose to surround herself with children starting at a young age, and has now been in the field professionally for more than 15 years working in centers, a specialized private school, and in-home services. Chelsea attended Endicott College in Beverly and enjoyed her time there so much; she went back for her master’s degree in Severe Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis. She was a field hockey goalie through college, and joined the coaching staff for a decade following her final season. She and her wife most recently entered their “mom era,” first welcoming their son, then their daughter a few years later. She enjoys all things “lake life” on Lake Bomoseen in Vermont where childhood summers were spent, and looking for sea glass and sea life along the New England coast with her friends and family. When she’s not piloting her children (or doodle) on an adventure, she enjoys freezing time with them and the world around them from behind the lens of a camera.
Danielle found her joy working with children with Autism at a summer program in 2010. She then became a behavior therapist for many years and later earning a masters degree at Endicott College in Autism/Applied Behavior Analysis. When Danielle isn't working with kids she can be found with her farm animals and spending time with her newest joy-her daughter.
After 9 years at home, raising 3 beautiful daughters, Ellen began to volunteer in public schools and discovered the world of Special Education. At 44 years old, she obtained a Masters in Special Education and continued the journey of a lifelong learner. In 2020, Ellen became a BCBA and obtained a second Master’s Education in Special Education leadership. Ellen strives to create opportunities for growth and independence with the children and adults she works with. In her free time, Ellen enjoys spending time with family and spending time in the garden.
Hailey began working in the field of ABA in 2017 as a RBT and became certified as a BCBA in 2022. She attended Bridgewater State University before receiving her master's degree in Severe Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis from Endicott College. Hailey's favorite part of her job is building relationships with her clients and their families and seeing all the amazing things her learners accomplish. Outside of working as a BCBA, Hailey is a special education teacher. In her free time, Hailey enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her family and friends.
Kathleen Fitzgerald MS/CCC/SLP has been a speech/language pathologist for over 25 years. She has devoted her entire career focusing upon medical speech pathology . Her area of interest is any swallowing disorder for pediatrics and adults. She founded the Southeast Center for Swallowing & Communication Disorders in New Bedford , MA in 2001. She provided diagnostics and treatment for dysphagia utilizing her MBS mobile truck and mobile FEES equipment . She has owned a mobile FEES /Videostroboscopy business covering all of New England. Kathleen had also been the Cofounder of SEC Medical Speech Pathology Consulting & Training, an ASHA CEU Provider . The primary focus was hands-on training and program upstart for FEES/Mobile MBS and Videostroboscopy nationally and abroad. She has spent 17 years as a consultant to ENT practices in MA & RI for all ages. Kathleen is also the online program clinic director & adjunct professor at the Katz Graduate School of Speech-Language Pathology, Yeshiva University New York . NY.

Hailey has been with our company for over five years, working with clients of all different ages and abilities with a passionate commitment to providing top tier care and support to those that she serves. Before joining the Stonebridge team, Hailey worked in many different roles in the field of special education such as a residential life skills instructor, case manager, direct support staff and care specialist at multiple different companies, gaining a total of nine years of experience. She has a history of volunteering at extended school year and tutoring programs for special education, along with volunteering to assist in developing and executing recreational and vocational activities for those with disabilities. In addition to her work as an RBT and administrator, Hailey is currently pursuing her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in behavioral analysis at Purdue University Global. In her free time, Hailey can be found at the gym or taking her dog on beautiful nature hikes. We are so grateful to have Hailey as a valued member of our team and we look forward to seeing all the amazing things she will continue to accomplish with our company.
